Blender Version
2.79 official 2017-09-11, freshly installed after completely deleting the previous installation.

Short description of error
Blender ID addon 1.3.0 in user preferences: login produces error trace with several layers:

try temporary renaming your 'C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79 to 2.79.bak and trying agan.

Any chance you still have the old folder and can zip it up and attach it? i'd like to take a closer look on what is causing this.

Attached is the old 2.79 folder. I had a look myself. Seems that a makehuman addon installation left a lot of Python artifacts that might interfere with Blender.
