Blender Version

Short description of error
I just made a clean install of Blender and I can't use the addon "A.N.T. Landscape" (which is supposed to be preinstalled with the blender version that I use). Although it is still there in the addon menu, when I uncheck it and then check it back there is an error that won't let me enable it.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
File>User Preferences>Addons search for "A.N.T. Landscape" and check the box to activate.

Not seeing that here on macOS, blender version 11-30

It's been previously caused by garbage makehuman left in the profile folder. try renaming C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79 to 2.79.bak and see if that resolves it.
