Dual Gpu's causing Blender Crash when opening User Prefs window

Short description of error
When opening User pref blender immediately quits. This does not occur when opening User pref in an existing panel. Have tried multiple Drivers and performed clean install of windows....
If I disable one of my GPU's the issue doesn't occur.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Please try the latest build from here, we did some fixes related to this:

Ok so I just tried the latest build and it still crashes.

This must be some issue with opening new windows when using multiple GPUs. I don't have a similar system setup to test this though, hopefully another developer can reproduce it..
