Short description of error

Custom vertex normals of an object are ignored when baking normal maps, tangent space, from cycles.
When baking with Blender Internal, everything works as it should.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open test scene, press bake. See result. Switch engine to Cycles, and repeat. Compare results.
