Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Greebles is installed on my drive, it's referenced with a tick in the Add-ons in User Prefs, I've restarted BLender just in case, but Greebles refuses to show up in the tool panel. Please advise. Thanks.

Greebles is a community addon and therefore not officially supported by the Blender Foundation.
Please report the problem to the author of the add-on. He should have provided a button for it in the User Preferences, in the add-on details.

Meanwhile, you can try running Blender from the command line to see if the add-on is printing any errors.
