Short description of error
I'm logged into my account on the blender store and have purchased the human rigging download under that account. But whenever I try to download it, it says "you need to be log into your account", what confuses me is that I'm already logged in and I already tried to log out and log back in and get the same message

For issues with the Blender Store, that's generally handled through its own channels and you might get a quicker reply here:
https://store.blender.org/contact/
@venomgfx or @fsiddi may have some idea about this though.
Maybe try logging out and logging in again, if you haven't tried that already.
@jonbumblebee I'm assuming that this is about order #091668 that Francesco mailed me about -- next time please include such information in your reports as otherwise it's impossible for us to figure out what happened.
Humane Rigging is available to you at https://store.blender.org/my-account/downloads/; I've tested it, and your personalised download link works.
If there are any other issues, please mail store@blender.org from the same email address as your Blender Store account. That way we can help you better and include private information.
