Animation Nodes does not ship with Blender, so bugs of the addon should not be reported here.

Coincidentally, I'm also the developer of AN, nevertheless the bug should be reported here: https://github.com/JacquesLucke/animation_nodes/issues

Which blender version are you using exactly? Can you maybe try another, more official build? Numpy really should be included in Blender.

If you can't solve your problem with another blender build, please answer those questions in a new issue on Github.
