CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X
GPU: RX 570 4GB
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit

Blender Version
Broken: Blender 2.8 4c6e7ef11f3 (November 28th)

Short description of error:
The "Show light user preferences" button returns an error when pressed.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Start Blender.
  2. Enter Solid mode.
  3. In the Shading tab in the top right of the 3D viewport, select Studio light mode and click on the cog icon beside the lighting setup.
  4. Error.

This also occurs with MatCaps and HDRIs in LookDev mode. It also occurs in the properties panel for Workbench.
