Worked: Last Week

When working on a particular file, since its been the only one I have been working on in a while. When Working in edit mode, my computer will freeze and then move to the Blue Screen of Death. I have ran cleanups and scans. The only time It happens is when working on this file. Haven't had an issue BSOD as long as I don't load this file into blender.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Load File
  2. Select Building
  3. TAB for edit mode. edit a little bit until computer crashes.

Event Timeline

Just opened the file and did editing for over 30 minutes. I guess the cleanups helped. Or maybe it was because Firefox (Which seems to be using a hell of lot more memory than it use to) and Blender where open at the same time. I will test this out and see what happens.

Bugs need reproducible steps. likely driver / OS related.
