Blender 2.79b have Boolean Push the "T" key.
Blender 2.80 not have Boolean so they create better one push the "E" key appear for Boolean quality.

The author of that [external] addon is welcome to post this here for review.
But as long as this is not officially supported by blender, well... it is not supported.

Not sure what you mean by
