In LookDev mode there is a micro reflection on the model even if the roughness is rather high.

Material is a simple principled shader and difuse texture with normals. If you restart the blender, this behavior does not repeat for a while. I did not find out what specifically affects the appearance of this reflection. It is similar to Clearcoat but it is off.

Your gif doesn't convey well. Please attach a blend file with the simplest example. Is it possible you are referring to this?


It's a know limitation of the way cubemaps are blurred, more visible if the cubemap has lots of small bright lights
You can try increasing the filter quality or changing the the cubemap resolution so it's less visible

Thanks for the advice but that's not the point. In any case, I can not reproduce until this problem. I'll have to close this question until I understand how to repeat it. Excuse me.
