When i make a animal,i need every UV own exclusive seams.
For hair boundary,need these parts take up more space.

For hair color, need same density. Every UV need different seams.

It's a good suggestion, ideally we'd support one set of seams per UV map. However it's outside the scope of the bug tracker, see here for these types of suggestions:
