Bad render of default scene Mac OSX #60179

Operating system: OSX El Capitan
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.80.0-git20190105.a77b63c56943-x86_64

Download beta, & unzip

remove quarantine with:
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine blender-2.80.0-git20190105.a77b63c56943-x86_64/blender.app

Launch blender.app

Press F12 to render

Result is flat-shaded white cube.

Cycles render looks correct.

Assuming the drivers are up to date.

Well we should support any hardware that is opengl 3.3 compliant. But MacOSX drivers are way too buggy and not really developed anymore.

Maybe if @butler would investigate the problem himself (try different scenes, see if it can be isolated). If the problem can be easily worked around we will see what we can do.

Closing since we only officially support macOS 10.12 and higher for Blender 2.80 now.
