Eevee + FreeStyle crashes.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
First Eevee renders fine but when it starts stroke rendering it crashes Blender

It renders fine for me:

Does it still crash for you with a build from today?

Does it only happen with eevee? Does it crash if you choose cycles instead?

Yes works fine with Cycles, Crashes with Eevee.

Does it print anything suspicious if you run blender with --debug-gpu and render? (So it crashes)

This is most likely to be an out of memory error. Unfortunately we are still searching for the best way to prevent this but this is out of our hands (the driver manages the resources).

Also you are rendering with very large shadow maps. Try reducing your shadow maps size.
