Short description of error
Blender crashes when exporting a QT rle/Quicktime Animation via FFMPEG
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender
In the Output panel of Render Properties, change Format to FFMPEG video (that's right you dont even need a video file)
In the Encoding panel, change codec to QT rle/Quicktime Animation (container and audio codec don't seem to matter)
Render animation (Ctrl+F12) or render Open GL
Observe crash
