I Just downloaded the latest build , and it seems that the edges (in edge modde ) are thick again in edit mode
I swear that in the previous build the edges were thin , the builds before that were thick

While this isn't a bug, wide edges don't have much purpose when using face dot, committed change: b21007757f

The discussion has been going on since the release of 2.8
The majority dislikes the thick edges , and prefer the old 2.79 wireframe mode for editing .
Why can't this simply be implemented as a user option ?

It's an option, enable face centers and you get 2.7x behavior.

{F6725532}Enable face centre does NOT change the thickness of the edges when in ''edit edge mode select '
They remain thick ,
