Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

It looks bugged or just very inconsistent and unpredictable behaviour.

Visibility just do not updates. And it is not a problem of file-data, because looks okay after reloading file.

The bug was indeed happening in the version you mentioned. It seems fixed in master now though.
