System Information
Operating system: Arch Linux x86_64, Kernel 5.0.3-arch1-1-ARCH
Graphics card: GeForce GTX970
Tablet: Wacom Intuos S2P
Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.80-72c323d50c29-linux-glibc224-x86_64
Short description of error
When moving or looking arround in any Blender view with the Tablet, the view movements are always very laggy.
The same movements with the mouse does not results in any lags.
EDIT:
The problem does not exists with other programs, so i suggests that this is a problem in blender

Sculpting is also laggy. But i think you are right with system specific setup might cause this problem. When i plug in the tablet into any usb port when blender is open the tablet and blender works as normal for about 10 seconds. After that it starts to become laggy. I just wondered that blender is the only program which is affected. GIMP for example works as normal. Neither the blender, dmesg or lsusb command puts anything suspicious outputs for me.
I think now that blender is not the problem, you might close this bug report if you want.
By the way, blender is awesome, thank you very much :)
UPDATE:
I get the same effect when only using the annotation draw gpencil tool without the wacom tablet and only mouse in use. The mouse is way faster as the drawn line.
Changed status from 'Open' to: 'Resolved'
UPDATE:
I found out that a calculator tool for my desktop was not working and caused a lot of cpu usage.
After removing this app from my computer blender works fine as ever.
Thank you very much and i am sorry for bug reporting.
Ok, good to hear it's solved.
