Is this the "Ray Visibility" you mean? When does it disappear, can you tell us the exact steps to reproduce?

Oh man, you are using Blender 2.80.43 which is a really old build. Download the latest version from here:
https://builder.blender.org/download/
Im new on blender, I study it now and downloaded it 2-3 weeks ago.
yes, I checked it now again, and this time there was no cycles settings from the beggining. Last time when i opened new project it show it and disappeared later, but this time it is gone. I added material to one face, thought it would have some effect but nothing ...

@Aganattu_Surodzai please post a blend file to demonstrate the issue.
@Aganattu_Surodzai given that you've posted two screenshots where you have selected the render tab and not the object tab, could the issue be that you're looking at the wrong tab?
my apology, I found that issue on different project in the past, it seems this time I really selected wrong tab as Im new on blender, I just wanted to report issue to help blender engineers. But in original case when I found the problem it was real. I will put here screenshot that I made when I noticed the problem, I uploaded this screenshot on SGI group but nobody could help, thats why I reported it here. , unfortunately i didnt save that project but on picture you will see the issue. In advance I will notice that cycles was selected as renderer while I made this screenshot, so there was no mistake in renderer selection, cycles settings was gone, If I will notice that problem again I will upload the project file to be more informative.
