Short description of error
Nothing new here probably, but I haven't seen it officially reported.
With two objects, their Eevee material blend mode set to Alpha Blend, the viewport has trouble drawing them in the correct order.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Create two planes, each with the same material (colour-ramped noise texture masking the mix between a coloured diffuse and transparent bsdf).
  2. Set the material's blend mode (render engine needs to be set to Eevee) to Alpha Blend.
  3. Rotate them slightly, relative to one another, and make a copy of the material on one of them. change its colour.
  4. Rotate the camera and witness the magic.

Not a bug, you have to use Alpha Hashed to handle cases like this correctly. Simple alpha blending can't handle such cases.
