Those look like out of memory errors.
"But I have 32 Gig!"
But 32 bit apps can only address 4 gig max. Disclaimer: I have no idea how Windows maps between 32 and 64 bit stuff.
Why are you running 32 bit Blender on a 64 bit system?
@StephenSwaney
I mean,... how many devs are using (and not just running automated tests with) 32-bit?
I don't have the components to run a 32-bit Windows with the supported hardware of 2.8, so this is the next best thing (though I'm creating 32-bit VMs as I type... after all "I have 32 Gig!":)
I take comfort in the fact the 32-bit reports I've created are being handled now and not when/if a user encounter the issues in a release candidate.
I'm doing my best the break Blender with the unusual ways I use Blender.

These files require a certain amount of peak memory that can't fit on 32bit. While this could be optimized, I don't consider it a bug and it's not worth optimizing for 32 bit since we will be dropping support for it soon.
Okay then, I guess I'll won't report anything to do with 32-bit.
When is support going to be officially dropped?
I thought the early 2.8x series had all their libraries done.
