Glitches in LookDev Mode disappear after checking and then unchecking "Screen Space Reflection"

Short description of error
Hi guys,

When in LookDev mode, I have glitches (multicolor groups of pixels) a bit everywhere on the mesh.
When I check "Screen Space reflection", they disappear.
When I uncheck "Screen Space reflection" just after, there are no more problems.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Please see the attached video.
Load the attached blender file.
Be sure you are in LookDev mode.

They are glitches everywhere

Check "Screen Space Reflection"

The glitches are gone

Uncheck "Screen Space Reflection"

Still ok.

I couldn't reproduce the bug in version 2019-05-20 22:03 Hash: e78770039397.
Perhaps it is related to the graphics card?
