Also broken: Apparently all builds down to May 13th.
Worked: May 8th build

Short description of error
Right-clicking the workspace "+" icon after tooltip has spawned causes Blender to crash. See gif.

Note: If I right-click the "+" icon before the tooltip has had a chance to show, there is no issue.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

On the top header, hover over the "+" symbol and wait for tooltip to spawn
