LookDev randomly assigning same material to all assets #65085

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 1809
Graphics card: GTX 970 / 430.64

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.80-b3f96da2e605-win64
Worked: blender-2.80-828efef15175-win64 at least I haven't encountered it.

Short description of error
Sometimes when LookDev mode is on it doesn't show materials as supposed to. All scene materials became one single material with what looks like maxed metalness, demonstration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Fh789GUKrE
Glowing segment is Emissive shader and everything else is Principled or with no materials at all.
It kinda looks like #64749 but doesn't happen all the time.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find reliable reproducible way to approach this issue, it happens randomly when you switching to LookDev mode from Solid and\or toggling off\on overlays.

Yup, now it looks exactly like with driver 430.86 and blender-2.80-89207df7222a-win64.zip build

Red dot - enabled Emissive in Principled shader, so looks like it just turns lights off.
