Graphics card: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.80, 387c1f2e0d, master, 2019-05-16, as found on the splash screen)

Short description of error
Undo operator does not work in the Scripting window

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the attached .blend file.

Open the attached .blend file
Click Run Script button in the Scripting window
And the result is: Cube is not in the -X direction after running the script.
