Duplicate-and-Rotate causes redo fields for Duplicate-and-Move to be blank. This means you will no longer be able to Repeat Last (Shift+R) to quickly make a row of objects, as each will be positioned in the same place.
Possibly related to T64669?
Steps to reproduce (from default scene):
Press Shift-D to duplicate the default cube.
Press R to rotate.
Click to confirm.
Press Shift-D again to duplicate.
Move it and click to confirm.
Look at the redo panel. The "Move X/Y/Z" fields are zero. Try to adjust them and the cube will snap back to where it was before moving.
Try to duplicate-and-move any object from this point on and they will all show zero fields in redo panel.
This happens seperately for Duplicate and Duplicate-Linked: breaking one does not break the other, but they can both be broken.
In some circumstances I have got the redo panel fields to show garbage values, either directly or on mouse-over. If I can reproduce it reliably I'll add to this or a new bug if appropriate.
