rotation around bounding box center bug

Description

to show/re-create the bug
1, create a mesh
2, separate a part from mesh
3, set rotation pivot point to bounding box center
4, rotate the separated part -> at this point, the rotation center is still the center of the old mesh(before separation)

@dong zhan (dongzhan) if you mean the Object Mode, then:

In Object Mode, transformation takes place relative to the location of the objects origin (indicated by the yellow circle), and the size of objects is not taken into account.
