Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
If the playback framerate cannot reach the set target framerate of an animation you cannot change frame while the animation is playing and it just lags for a second after u click on the timeline instead.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Set scene framerate to 1000 or more (matters on if the scene can reach the framerate or not)
  2. Switch sync mode to AV-Sync
  3. Start animation playback
  4. Try clicking on the timeline while animation is playing
  5. The animation continues playback instead of switching the frame and there's a split second lag spike right after you clicked.

There was a fix for this in rB495aff71ca81: Fix frame jump with AV-sync enabled, please test the latest build.
