Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
The Annotation tool in the Sequencer(timeline) Sidebar doesn't work, because the D-key is not assigned for drawing, and when assigning it, the annotation cursor is shown, but no line is drawn in the sequencer timeline area.

[The Annotation tool in the Sequencer Preview does not have this problem]

Event Timeline

If the Annotation tool in the Sequencer(timeline) sidebar is supposed to allow annotations drawn on top of the Sequencer timeline area it is not working.

The annotations doesn't work in this area, so the wrong is the panel.

@William Reynish (billreynish) can you remove the panel?
