Short description of error
An disabled inflow is emitting fluid when

• it is turned inital to off
• it has no keyframe where it is set to enabled before setting it to disabled

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

• create an fluid domain
• create an fluid inflow
• disable the inflow
• bake fluid

The disabled inflow is still emitting fluid.

• create an keyframe where the inflow is set to disabled

The disabled inflow is still emitting fluid.

• create an keyframe before the first one with inflow enabled

Now the inflow is disabled with the keyframe which set it to disabled.
