Short description of error
Cannot convert a NURBS curve to a spline, instead getting a "No conversion possible" error when right-clicking and selecting "Set Spline Type" -> "Bezier"

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create a Path or NURBS curve.
Go to edit mode.
Select one or multiple points of the curve.
Right click.
Choose "Set Spline Type".
Choose "Bezier"

I can confirm that the steps listed in the report result in a 'No Conversion Possible' message on my win10/64 bit laptop also. I have no idea if this is intentional or not by the devs. However, if it is not possible to convert the spline type to bezier on a nurbs curve, then I'd imagine it would be better if this option were greyed out in the menu in this context.

You can convert some nurbs curvers with this operator. For example the default NURBS circle.
We can't check if the conversion is possible before the operator is run.
