Dear Developer,
When I launch Blender 2.8, go the Preferences and try to enable the Rigify addon, I'm getting the error shown in the screenshot. Really appreciate if you could look into a fix for this.
Thank You

What that error means is that the addon is trying to install a "function/property/interface/etc" from the addon but it's already installed.
This is caused due to incorrect setup in the addon itself, or (likely) in your case a conflict with another addon.
Load the Factory Settings and try to enable it again.
If it doesn't work, try to manually remove (or rename) your user config folder (C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.80\config), and then startup Blender and try to enable the addon.
If it only worked the second time, there's an issue with another addon where it doesn't properly disable.
In both cases if it worked, you'll need to toggle through your addons to see which one is causing a conflict with Rigify.
If it doesn't work either time, then either there's a legitimate bug related to your system or something happened with your addon's folder (judging by folder-name, I doubt this is the case as i assume it's a fresh install/extract folder).
