{F7623720}System Information
Operating system: Mojave 10.14
Graphics card:

Blender Version
Broken: 2.8

Worked: (optional)

Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

I make the approvation for the login and save the modifies in preference in blender.
After that I don't see any Blenderkit in 3d view neither if I search on operator search, almost all the 'blenderkit tool' linker isn't workin'.

This will be very hard to reproduce - please, can you attach your Operating System, and your blender version to the report? Was it in the last RC2?
If there was a previous installation of BlenderKit, it's possible blender 2.8 reads falsely the old version, and there's a need to delete it because Blender by default reads addons from custom directory, not from the release folder...

Hi,
so the OS is Mojave 10.14 and blender is 2.8 but initially I didn't have any previous installation of Blenderkit cuz it already stands inside the Blender application.
I downloaded online the last Blenderkit pack, and even I followed the video installation I didn't make it through.
Maybe I should uninstall that new Blenderkit pack? Or the one inside the Blender 2.8 application?

thanks

actually yes, downloading the addon from our site might have caused the issue, since we only have the download of the 2.79 version. You should definitely uninstall the version you installed and try to keep the one in the release only.

Thanks for the report, but this definitively looks like user support, not a bug report, and we do not handle the former through this site.
