System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.17763 64 Bits
Graphics card: AMD Radeon(TM) RX Vega 10 Graphics ATI Technologies Inc. 4.5.13547 Core Profile Context 25.20.15030.4003

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 75), branch: master, commit date: 2019-07-29 14:47, hash: blender/blender@f6cb5f5449
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
[Please fill out a short description of the error here]

When I export my model as stl in millimeters and open it using Simplify as a slicer the model is extremely small and has to be scaled. To get the proportions in millimeters I have to set
Scene to
Unit System = Metric
Length = Meters
in order to get Simplify to import it as millimeters.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Export as .stl and open it with Simplify

There is no bug here, STL does not have nor assume any units, so it's up to importers to decide... Blender exporter has an option to apply some scaling automatically on export by the way.
