Looks like an outdated BMC/Intel driver?
I tried to update it and I am getting "Windows has determined the driver software for your devise is up to date".
Hm, says driver is from 2012
Could you try installing from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/?
If that doesnt help, please post the outcome of

I mean the output of
Help
>Save System Info
in blender.(It might very well be that your GPU is not supported anymore then, cannot tell the model from that report...)
@ZedDB: you seem to handle a lot of the GPU reports, does this ring a bell?
Can you tell me where I can find this Help> Save system Info or how to do it ?

You are running an Ivy bridge CPU:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_graphics_processing_units#Seventh_generation
Sadly we only support Haswell and up so your GPU that is built onto you CPU is too old and we do no support it.
https://code.blender.org/2019/04/supported-gpus-in-blender-2-80/
So I guess I will use the old version 2.79
