Description

The Roughness map is baked in sRGB instead of Linear, making it uncompatible with other software.

The normal map is already baked in Linear, it should be the same for the roughness map.

From what I can see, Blender bakes as linear if your texture node is set to linear. If your texture node is set to sRGB then you will have an sRGB roughness.
