Text Editor Missing Documentation

Resolve Conflict (icon appears in the header)
When external text is out of sync, resolve the conflict. (tooltip copy)

How to solve conflict due to differences in internal and external text:

  • File Modified Outside and Inside Blender
    • Reload from disk (ignore local changes)
    • Save to disk (ignore outside changes)
    • Make text internal (separate copy)
  • File Modified Outside Blender
    • Reload from disk
    • Make text internal (separate copy)
    • Ignore
  • File Deleted Outside Blender
    • Make text internal
    • Recreate file

Jump To
It is possible to quickly "Jump To" by typing the number of the desired line when the mouse cursor is over the Line Numbers column.

Find Set Selected (Eyedropper Icon) [Ctrl-G]
Set the selected text in the Search field and find next.

Replace Set Selected (Eyedropper Icon)
Set the selected text in the Replace field.

These operators have bad/wrong tooltip.
What's more, in the menu, the Find Set Selected (Ctrl-G) is called Find Next,
while in the side-panel Find Next button is a different operator.

2.81 The menu and side panel were reordered.
