There is no entry in the addon script to add this to the Tools menu. As a result, branched versions of Blender, such as Bforartists cannot correctly use this addon.

hi, Oscurart tools in Blender 2.8 no longer creates a panel in the sidebar. Was there a particular function your looking for?

I think the 'Panel' has been moved to the context menu.
Oscurart Tools are available with W-Key, after the addon is enabled.
Changed status from 'Open' to: 'Archived'
closing as invalid, panel was indeed removed.
