Short description of error
The +/- I(D)ncremental buttons disappear when used and only reappear if you exit the filed, also not working with Shift/Ctrl for adding 10 and 100 increments.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Works fine for me, tested on Linux and Windows 10. Not sure what could cause this, maybe try with factory settings? ({nav File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings})
Note that the {nav Shift} and {nav Ctrl} didn't work in the previous file browser either. Would be handy to have, but not something our UI code supports.

Exit the filed what? I don't follow this sentence.
Field Name, where you type the name for the File, whenever i click the +/- they disappear until i move the mouse Cursor outside it and hover back on the +/- buttons.
@JulianEisel this is using Factory Settings.
Cannot reproduce the + and - buttons disappearing here on macOS.
Added subscriber: @JacquesLucke
Also cannot reproduce it on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04.
Really strange! I have updated the graphics driver to the latest, downloaded the latest Alpha build, reset to factory settings and it's still the same.

Yeah, it happens here too, but it's very very random.
Still cannot reproduce. I was able to increment from zero to 200 using those buttons with no issues.
This seems to be fixed in the latest build so this report can be closed.
