Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I left click anywhere and the error pops up. I am new to blender and i don't know what i did to get here. The last thing i can remember is pressing Control-Z and this showing up. from then on i cant use blender. The error take priority. Then if i click a few more times Blender Freezes and says not responding.

This is the Error i get and i cant do anything. no matter where I click in the view port it pops up. Even if i close blender and restart it

This is due to a bad entry in the keymap, you can go to Preferences > Keymap and revert the changes there.

In 2.81 this error will not show up anymore as well.
