Trying to paint weights... no matter what weight value I select, it always paints blue (I think that's zero).weight paint bug.blend.zip

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
The model has many different vertex groups. Choose "SpineAdjust01" just as an example of one that already has some different weight values. Try to paint any value on it. See that it only results in blue (zero).

Update: I just figured out how to "show tool settings". With that shown, I could see that the paint brush was in "Subtract" mode for some crazy reason. I wish all of those brush settings appeared on the right click tool menu.
