This error don't give me import my shortcuts from 2.80.

SELECTMOUSE means this is a key configuration from an early Blender 2.80 version, or an earlier version.

Such key configurations are unfortunately not compatible with the final 2.80 and 2.81 releases, this is not considered a bug.

You can try replacing SELECTMOUSE and ACTIONMOUSE with LEFTMOUSE and RIGHTMOUSE respectively.

That might fix the errors, but your keymap is likely to still be effectively broken, I don't recommend it. It's just not compatible.

I solved this problem by saving new input preset in preferences in 2.80. I didn't thought about this before. Quick Favorites lost at all.
