Short description of error
The location of the object in camera view shifts when toggling fullscreen

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup

  1. Switch the render engine to cycles
  2. Numberpad 0 enter camera view and scroll to zoom in
  3. Switch to rendered view
  4. Open Window menu and toggle window full screen
  5. Ctrl Alt Space bar to full screen the area

I can confirm the issue on Ubuntu.
However, there seems to be a bit of luck involved when reproducing the issue. Sometimes it happens sometimes not.

Really?But I can reproduce it here every single time!

Maybe you could provide precise steps in text form? That is easier to follow than a video sometimes.
