[Scrape Brush not working poperly]

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[I used scrape brush with dyntopo mode on with brush detail option. The scrape brush not working properly as I expected. It is working properly in Blender 2.8 ]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Just to make things a bit quicker for the developers, could you attach a simple example blend file with all the required settings enabled to produce the unexpected result? Also describe in a bit more detail what is expected to happen vs what happens?

@mano-wii Yes, that is the new default that should work fine with the voxel remesher. If you want the old behavior you need to set normal radius to 1. I didn't change anything else in that brush.
