Short description of error
I need to change the shortcut of rotating the viewport to be Click & Drag instead of Middle Mouse Button & Drag. When I click on a button on the T panel or an arrow in the N panel, the viewport is rotated!

Note: This happens also in the shader editor when I set the pan view shortcut to be Click+Drag, I cannot connect two nodes. Blender doesn't know that I hovered over the output and clicked it.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
You can simply change the shortcut of rotating the 3D viewport to be Left Click and Drag and try clicking on the move tool or any other tool in the T panel.
