(usually this makes sense -- users usually dont wont stuff that is instanced elsewhere to show up in the export as well... same as rendering [they also dont show up there])
"Workaround" is to disable
Faces
Instancing
on the instancer (Tactile_array_instancer
in your case) temporarily, then export...Will have to close this one, thx for the report anyways...

I just wanted to export an object itself the empty one. That was look like unexpected behavior
