blender import only two types of file format: .dae; .abc, all other formats are enabled and save in edit, preference, addon, such as obj do not appear in the import / export list, no errors appear

Do you happen to have Filter Addons enabled in the your workspace by any chance?

Also which blender version are you using exactly [best is to use Help > Report a Bug from within blender -- this will fill things out for you automatically...]
Please try the latest daily build: https://builder.blender.org/download/

  Go to File → Defaults → Load Factory Settings and then load your file to see if you still can reproduce this issue.
