System Information
Operating system: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (Service Pack 1)
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7310

Blender Version
Broken: 2.79b - 2018-03-22, as found on the splash screen
Worked: Working fine.

Short description of error
It cannot enable the MakeHuman plugin for Blender 2.79, returning a error.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1. Downloaded the add-on file MH_Community_for_blender_279.zip from MakeHuman webpage.
2. On Blender, I opened the User Preferences window to install the file with the Add-ons tab.
3. Presssed the tab Install Add-on from File.
4. It installed correctly.
5. When I click to enable it, returns an error.
