Bones in Pose Mode have weird viewing behaviour

Short description of error
Bones are not visible when I enter Pose Mode.
X Ray toggle is broken (only works on the dropdown menu).
When activated the bones still look very weird and different from the old behaviour.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just enter Pose Mode with a mesh overlaying the bones. The same behaviour appears when the mesh is in weight mode with the bones selected.

Please explain what you mean by "Old behavior"
Aren't you confusing with Show Bone X-Ray from weigth paint mode?

Looks like the same problem from the one he described. Before, when I entered pose mode the bones would show in the front of the mesh.
X Ray was different (as far as I remember) but it isn't working like it used to also...
