Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
-Add armature
-add 2 bone properties in pose mode
-Call the first one "IK"
-Call the second property "parent"

-then activate 'Whole Character' keying set (or the 'selected only' version)
-key the bone
-it will not key the 'parent' property

Can confirm that it does not key the custom property called parent. I assume that this is because of a name collision, will check a bit more.

It's also any property called child, I too have encountered this before.

Currently Blender is not allowing overlap between 'real' property names and custom property names for this purpose. As such, I don't consider this a bug but rather a limitation of Blender's current architecture/design.
